Crisis Program Coordinator

The  Crisis Program Coordinator  reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.   Coordinates the daily clinical activities and program initiatives, supervises Employees, and ensures that quality care is provided to patients.  In addition, the Program Coordinator provides direct patient care according to his/her clinical position description.    Description  Coordinates the clinical activities of the treatment team and daily operations of the program including staff assignments and patient schedules.  Develops, supervises, and evaluates the clinical program, in collaboration with the Clinical Manager of Behavioral Health, taking into consideration the populations served and regulatory agency requirements. Fulfills all the duties of the Primary Therapist or Crisis Associate role to provide seamless coverage for patient care to meet the needs of the department. Manages staffing and other expenses on a daily basis to meet productivity targets. Assists in developing the program's policies and procedures, and monitors Associate's compliance with them. In collaboration with the Clinical Manager of Behavioral Health, identifies opportunities for improvement in clinical and service quality.  Implements and monitors the program's performance initiatives.  Assists the Clinical Manager of Behavioral Health with interviewing and hiring new staff.  Oversees new employee orientation ensuring compliance with all regulations.  Identifies ongoing learning needs of staff and communicates these to Clinical Manager. Participates in the program's marketing plan and promotes collaborative relationships with current and potential referral sources.  Facilitates the seamless provision of care within the Behavioral Health system. Participates in department and hospital meetings, task forces, and committees as requested. Required:   Masters Degree in Counseling, Social Work or other mental health related field Current license/certification required by profession Minimum of five (5) years behavioral health clinical experience Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills Basic computer knowledge and skills Knowledge of state guidelines, licensure, and certification standards preferred   Preferred: Supervisory experience. 0046047

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
