Client Relations & Demand Planner

Job Description The position is responsible for coordinating overall operations of the Client's Supply Chain function as related to specific assigned customers. Serves as Customer & Client resident expert, with regard to product demand/forecasting, product handling and logistics requirements. Develops and supports departmental goals for Client's to ensure meeting on-time delivery and reliably supplied metrics while planning client demand to meet revenue and profit targets. The Client Relations & Demand Planner provides world class customer service & demand planning, with the highest levels of integrity, focused on: managing customer demand planning to ensure on time delivery & reliably supplied products in partnership with Client's Woodstock's customers and internal organizations. This position serves as a representative for their client(s) within the Client's Woodstock site. oPrimary supply chain liaison for clients and internal customers. Is expected to become the Subject Matter Expert for the client products, processes and requirements. oOrder to Cash Management: Receive, enter and manage Customer Sales Orders utilizing JD Edwards system. Acknowledge and Communicate promise delivery dates to customers after Master Scheduler has released order within JD Edwards. oMonitor/maintain accuracy of the site 'order book' utilizing JD Edwards oAssist with coordination of product shipments and documentation oProvide invoicing documentation to Finance group after product shipment has occurred oKeeps Customers apprised of activities related to their supply fulfillment such as production output, product releases, and general state of the facility. oDevelops, Maintains and facilitates high profile business reviews with customers and owning all supply chain/operations metrics between the site and the client (production cycle time, material handling & control, on-time delivery, forecast accuracy). oCoordinates and Co-Leads with their Quality Product Manager counterpart regular cross functional (Supply Chain, Quality, Operations) customer conference call activities to review recent production performance, open issues on supply availability and product quality, status of open orders, review of forecast, and any open life cycle improvement projects. oDevelops and maintains a rolling 18 month site demand plan (units) for client products, provides analysis of trend changes that may impact budgeted volumes throughout the planning horizon. oDrive the On-Time Delivery performance metrics by ensuring that Batches are Quality Released on time to meeting client shipping schedules. oWorks with Planner/Buyers regarding customer supplied components and the management of customer specific obsolete inventory. Ensures customer reimbursements for excess/obsolete inventories are received. oManages the deliveries & releases of customer supplied materials, and provides monthly reconciliation reports to customer for these materials. oMaintain effectiveness of the Quality System components relevant to this position. Job Requirements oBachelor's Degree in Business or Operations Management, Sales and Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience. Experience: o5+ years related experience in client relations/customer service. o5+ years related experience in Demand Planning oExperience working with third-party contract manufacturing in the Pharmaceutical industry preferred. oDemonstrated experience in successfully influencing others outside the incumbent's department. Knowledge/Skills Requirements: oMust be able to demonstrate successful communication skills at all levels of internal and client organizations. Effectively maintaining these partnerships to alignment and action. oMust have demonstrated ability to work independently and in a Team environment oStrong knowledge of customer service principles and practices oMust have working knowledge of ERP systems such as JD Edwards, SAP, etc. oFully functional computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. oAPICS Certification highly desirable oMust be able to multitask, be proactive and willing to take initiative and responsibility. oDemonstrate a bias toward action. Foster teamwork to get results. oShould be familiar with cGMP and safe work practices. oDemonstrated ability to read, write, and speak clear English. Physical Requirements: oAbility to enter manufacturing areas requiring full gowning (e.g., ability to bend, kneel, and stand on feet for long periods of time in a clean room or warehouse area). oFrequent sitting, standing, walking, reading of written documents and use of computer monitor screen, reaching with hands and arms, talking, writing, listening. oOccasional bending, grasping, carrying, stooping, kneeling, crouching oFrequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 30 pounds.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
