Manager, Manufacturing Engineering

he Manager,Manufacturing Engineering will lead the engineering technicalsupport function for commercial and clinical products at this 24x7 manufacturing and new product introductionfacility.   Responsibilities in this role include manufacturing and reliability engineering services as well as plant floor automation systemssupport.   In concert with Catalent's Patient First philosophy, this role is paramount to ensure the efficacy and quality of our manufacturing processes which will ultimately yield safe drug products for patients. The Role Provide leadership to the manufacturing engineering support team to address complex mechanical or controls related issues and provide root cause failure analysis Measure and improve Blow/Fill/Seal and packaging machine performance and availability Partner with maintenance on development of reliability centered maintenance approaches to reduce bad actors and recurring equipment failures Drive automation system technical support capability and platform standardization including PLCs, HMI, and vision systems Provide control system integration support for new equipment; drive review of equipment performance and PM effectiveness Lead the development of a customer-centric department that is highly responsive to customer needs The Candidate Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or related discipline; or 10+ years of manufacturing engineering support including automation 5 years in the pharmaceutical or related industry with a minimum of 3 years' experience at the manager or supervisor level Experience with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, and other regulatory requirements Aseptic Processing & Formulation experiencerequired (Blow/Fill/Seal technology a plus) Experience with pharmaceutical packaging lines and associated inspection systems Experience in automation, robotics, PLC (Siemens / Allen Bradley), SCADA & vision systems (Cognex, Optel) Catalent's standard leadership competencies that are used to interview and for Performance & Development Leads with Integrity and Respect Delivers Results Demonstrates Business Acumen Fosters Collaboration and Teamwork Champions Change Engages and Inspires Coaches and Develops Position Benefits Potential for career growth within an expanding team Defined career path and annual performance review & feedback process Cross functional exposure to other areas of Manufacturing and Operations Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K are all offered from day one of employment 152 hours of paid time off annually + 7 paid holidays 0028753

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
