Assistant Production Manager - Aseptic

Job Description
Responsible for following and ensuring the manufacturing operation maintains compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Batch Records, quality standards, and safety practices.
Primary Schedule Driver:
Leads and coordinates work schedules and oversees the activities of the Manufacturing team members including setting expectations for consistency, training and decision making across a multi-shift operation.
Ensure Manufacturing team is adequately staffed to meet product delivery requirements to include controlling and owning labor cost.
Manage processes to optimize quality performance and on-time delivery to insure customer satisfaction.
Recruit top talent with every hiring opportunity and motivate and develop members of the department to be key leaders within the organization. Build and sustain employee engagement by creating a culture of efficient execution and an environment in which individuals and teams can excel and continuously improve. Manage performance and foster career development utilizing the available tools and in compliance with Catalent's Talent Management Process.
Represent Manufacturing Team at interdepartmental production critical meetings including scheduling and new product launches.
Responsible for the initiation and coordination of all Operations investigations
Perform reviews and creation of production documentation, including review of protocols, procedures, WIS and job aides to support the manufacturing process.
Being present during critical process interventions to provide guidance and suggestions to sustain error-proofing processes.
Provide manufacturing representation during FDA and customer audits and tours.
Troubleshooting equipment issues. Working in conjunction with maintenance personnel and supervision to ensure issues are addressed in a timely fashion.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
