ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:
1.
Responsible for answering incoming telephone calls and must either forward the call to the appropriate person or take messages.
2.
Greets visitors and offers directions through facility and/or contacts supervisor or staff of visitor arrival or incoming delivery.
3.
Checks incoming mail daily.
Responsible for receiving, sorting and promptly distributing mail for Residents and Administrative staff.
May forward Resident's Business mail to family members.
4.
Copies and faxes document as directed.
5.
Assists with any special projects as needed by various departments.
May routinely assist Human Resources or Social Work with dictation/transcription.
6.
Maybe responsible for reserving and coordinating room and company vehicle reservations.
7.
Sells guest meal tickets.
Records information in Meal Ticket book.
Takes tickets to the Dietary Department.
8.
May type and send thank-you notes.
9.
Operates paging system as required, using appropriate verbal etiquette.
10.
Answers telephone, determines nature of call and directs caller to appropriate individual or department.
11.
Performs clerical duties by using the computer to complete light work given by the staff and residents.
12.
Distributes staff mail in file room and delivers the newspaper to all floors as necessary.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
