$16-$18/hourA Day in the Life of a Service Advisor at Harley-Davidson!As a Service Advisor, you are the main point of contact for customers looking to get their bikes serviced at our dealership.
You are the liaison between our customers and service technicians.
Duties Include:
Ensure customer service by working with customers to determine their motorcycle issues/problems and develop ongoing relationships Inspect bikes to identify and verify service needsWork closely with service technicians and explain pricing details of repairs with customersSell additional services by pointing out service specials or additional work neededAssign service jobs to technicians based on skill level and current resource utilizationKeep customers in the loop on their repairs and communicate when it is ready for pickup What we offer:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
