Summary - LocationThe Customer Support Analyst is a key member of the Implementation Team facilitatingnew customer implementations, customer maintenance, other data processing andproblem resolution.
The analyst will work closely with the Implementation Manager andCustomer Support Representatives to ensure a highly desirable customer experience.
Data entry, such as customer plan specifications, premiums, participant records, etc.
Implementation of new service agreements for both new and existing customers.
Maintenance of the customer's account.
Identify workflow process improvements and work with management and team toimplement change.
Ensure highly coordinated communications with internal and external customers tooptimize the Infinisource experience.
Additional duties as assigned.

Strong experience with Microsoft Office productsStrong organizational and multi-tasking skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast paced environmentAbility to clearly communicate information both verbally and in writingAbility to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlinesAbility to learn and adapt to changeDetail-oriented and a high degree of accuracyProblem analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving skillsAbility to operate basic office equipment, e.
