Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the office calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Perform various clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering calls and directing them to the appropriate individuals.
- Oversee front desk operations, greeting visitors and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Utilize QuickBooks or similar software to manage financial transactions and assist with budgeting.
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in calendar management, scheduling, and coordinating appointments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with clerical duties and office procedures.
- Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
